Keri Blonski, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
My work as a therapist is not just a job, it is my passion. If I can positively change one life in this world, I will consider my life’s purpose fulfilled.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, holding a Master’s of Science in Professional Counseling with a specialization in Substance Abuse and Co-Occurring Disorders. My primary clinical focus is assisting those who are experiencing difficulty with a variety of daily life challenges. I specialize in helping clients navigate symptoms of trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression, anger, PTSD, substance abuse or co-occurring disorders, grief/loss, relationships, family, behavioral health concerns/issues, and have deep experience with the military population.
My goal is to empower you through my non-judgmental approach and to collaborate on the discovery of what treatment modality may fit your unique and individual needs best. Mental health and well-being are never borne from a “one size fits all” model. Employing a holistic and mindfulness based approach, I utilize methods encompassing Strengths Based, Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Verbal Processing, Reflective, Acceptance, and Commitment therapy.
